Como estudioso y entusiasta de las ideas libertarias que contrastan radicalmente con los socialismos de izquierda y de derecha, he admirado durante años el trabajo de N. Stephan Kinsella, un pensador clave junto a Rothbard y Hoppe*. Sus críticas a la propiedad intelectual y su defensa de la propiedad privada como base de una sociedad libre me han inspirado, como he mencionado en X.com: un autor imprescindible para entender escasez, derechos y ética.
Traducir este libro es, para mí, devolver en parte una deuda intelectual que muchos tenemos hacia Kinsella.
Estoy traduciendo su obra maestra al español para hacerla accesible a más hispanohablantes, liberándolos del estatismo rampante en Latinoamérica y España. Pronto novedades sobre el avance y publicación. ¡Manténganse atentos! Si buscan lecturas que curan el estatismo y el paternalismo de raíz, de gran potencia académica pero accesible todo tipo de lectores, esta será esencial.

I’m translating Stephan Kinsella’s Legal Foundations of a Free Society into Spanish!
As a scholar and enthusiast of libertarian ideas that contrast radically with socialist ideas of either left wing or right wing, I’ve admired N. Stephan Kinsella’s work for years, a key thinker alongside Rothbard and Hoppe*. His critiques of intellectual property and his defense of private property as the foundation of a free society have inspired me, as I’ve mentioned on X.com: an essential author for understanding scarcity, rights, and ethics.
Translating this book is, for me, repaying in part an intellectual debt that many of us owe to Kinsella.
I’m translating his masterpiece into Spanish to make it accessible to more Spanish-speakers, seeking to free them from the rampant statism and paternalism in Latin America and Spain. Soon, updates on progress and publication for the book. Stay tuned!
